Disability act

(Querist) 27 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir,I have lost four fingers of my left foot in an accident, but my big toe is intact. I want to know how much physical disability it entails? I want to appear for IAS exam and UPSC demands 40% of disability to get benefits of PH category. I have seen certain documents available on net but they are too technical in nature to comprehend.

Eagerly waiting for reply

Regards
