(Querist) 25 February 2016 This query is : Resolved
In a complaint case, there are four accused namely A B C D. A and B filed petition in High Court u/s 482. D was declared discharged by the Supreme Court. Later on, C and A got bail. Now, B is the only person who is not on bail. After final arguments in the case u/s 482, whether High Court may declare discharge from all the allegations to Mr. B if not going to quash the summoning order or what type of reliefs High Court may give if not quashing the summoning orders?

What relief you seek in petition, no relief can be provided if not prayed.
