I want to know about the "descretionary will trust" is valid under law or not. Please inform some of the sections or judgements. That trust will is created by the beneficiaries of the minor grand childrens. It is unregistered document and after testsor deceased, the will trust is purchase some other immovable property, after majority of the minor child, the manager of the will trust has terminated the will trust and shared the immovable property to the beneficiaries. Please find out the deal is correct under law and please confirm some other evidence. by S.MURUGARAJ.

The will trust if goes against the interest of minors then it cannot be terminated by manager trustee and thus the transaction is entirely illegal.
