If a case is filed U/s 138 INA in the court & is registered but suddenly you have to go outside very urgently for a month. At such condition, Will court give time or wait for the complainant to come in the court sothat his statement canbe recorded before sending summon to the party (accused).

This is general practice in the courts wherein on the request of the parties, the cases are adjourned on the suitable dates and even if the complainant or accused is unable to come personally in such cases on any date fixed then the application seeking their exemption is lodged by their counsel.
