how can one disinherit ones children from your property since they don't look after you... what is the procedure?

there is no specific procedure in this regard...simply make this fact public that you have disowned your children since they are out of your control....give a classified in this regard in a newspaper and put the children to notice as well.

as a further step you may create and will of the property and get it registered for more authentication.

When you will complete both of the two steps
suggested by mr. Kiran Kumar only and only then your intention shall get executed.

Taking both steps would be called best.

opting last may be called better.

But opting only first without second last will serve only as warning.
