Dear Sir...reference court passed the order for grant of compensation of land under Land Acquisitions Act. Defendant filled an appeal before High Court. Without calling any record from reference court, High Court passed an order of demand back the case to reference court. Before this also High Court remanded back this matter. Then I filled review application before High Court but High Court dismissed the applications of review with the cost of Rs 25000/-. Now what can I do..plz suggest.

You have made some vague statement, which has to be presumed as the order of Reference court granting compensation either in your favour or against ??
In case the reference Court had passed order granting compensation in your favour, how and why did you approach High Court?
If LA has approached High Court the order of remand back is in your favour.
Consult your lawyer who has contested your case(s).
Do not adventure to seek second opinion and obligation of experts despite the fact it is available FREE OF COST, since the experts/respondents shall have to rely upon limited facts provided by you.

The High Court found prime facie substantial mistake in the order of the reference court hence referred back the case to that court for revaluating the case again.
You are wasting time of the High Court unnecessarily hence your review application dismissed with cost.
If you find any mistake in the new order of the reference court you can always move appeal against it rather wasting time in High court.
