Disown affidavit

Hi, If parents have done disown affidavit/newspaper ad to disown their son, can it be reverted back? Is there a provision to invalidate the disown claim?

Thanks for your part clarification. Please note, replies to academic questions in general term often confuse the querist, as in the absence of any background the replies are expected to be based on individual assumptions of the experts.

Secondly, if your friend is shy of giving any background of the problem and uses middlemen for guidance, sorry to point out that such triangular communications system often becomes the cause of wrong guidance.

So, ask your friend to come forward directly with clear brief of the problem.
