Dispense with apperance before family court

Ld counsels,

Will the family court dispense with the appearance of a party if he or she wants to travel out of counrty for 3 months.

Is it also possible to get the case adjourned till that time. Will there be any obstacle in getting it. Is it required to file any application for this.

kindly clarify.

Definitely you have to file application for seeking adjournment for three months.
