hello sir my father built a house. before he sells my grandfathers land and then he use that money for built the house. now a small problem my father send me out of his house now my age is 20 is any law point support for me sir.
the land first he-reship my grandfather,
second he-reship my grandmother,
my father take waiver from my grandmother,
now what is the point helps me please help me sir.

I agree with Mr.S.Ganesh,as from your query it seems you mean to say that the property is ancestral and you have right to inherit and succession,yes you have to prove that;however as suggested by my Learned Friend MR.S.Ganesh,you must file a civil suit and get an interim relief which i think your lawyer would be better judge under circumstances to seek from the court of Law.
You have remedy very well defined but i am again sad why would such incidents happen.
I think we need our traditions to be maintained as our culture and civilization is having thousands of years on its back,we are really deviating from our culture and traditions,the emotions,love,affection and even honor is getting considered materialistically.

I agree,but you should also ask for cancellation of the sale deed if the property is sold.

Mr Bilal Austi has pointed out the right pulse.In jurisprudence ethics are more important.merely taking the the advantage of dry legal course will ruin the society.If all you want to follow the legal course you may but you will loose more than you get.
