can a karta of a HUF makes an agreement to sale the property of joint family without any legal purpose or with no sake or benefit of family and the stay can be granted against the sale agreement. (any case law)

Karta can sell HUF PROPERTY for benefit of family/ or legal requirement that justify doing so. / otherwise not.
