I always feel pride to advise woman facing matrimonial violence and dowry related tortures.

I do not like to advise any woman who says sorry for having reacted against torture.

I do not want to waste my knowledge on people like you.

It would have been better to reconcile the matter within family and not legally, it would spoil your matrimonial life.
Since you have opted for legal recourse, there are remote chance of patch-up, even if you try hard, it is too late.
Consult your lawyer for further advise and proceeding and do not waste time and efforts of the experts.

I am not able to fully agree.

On adopting the legal course the marriage may break down finally.

But there are people who abandon domestic violence and dowry demand on hearing a few "dialogues" from the mouths of cops.

Most likely you will do nothing and surrender to bear torture.

SO no point advising you.

File complaints of 498A, case for maintenance and residence orders.

Consult local lawyer.
