Respected Sir/Madam,
I am from Rajasthan.
I had let out my shop in 2004 and filed a suit for eviction of the tenant in 2011.
He executed and gave me an agreement in 2010 that he would vacate the shop in June 2011.But he denied in the court that he did not execute such document and the signature on the document is forged.
The stamp (document) was also purchased by him as it is mentioned on the back side of it but he also denied that he purchased that stamp.
He applied for FSL to an expert for disputed signature and the report shows dissimilarities in his questioned and admitted signature.
My query is whether a stamp vendor can sell stamp to any person without identifying the person?
whether my tenant is right or he is just doing this for delaying the case?
what remedy is available to me?
What action should i take such that this matter get let off and my Proceedings for eviction can carry out.
Thanking You,
Regards

1. Yes
2. You better know whether he is right or wrong.
If his signature is not roved then I regret you would loose the case.
