Distribution of father's property and his liabilities.

(Querist) 14 August 2018 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir

Please guide me..
Thank you sir.

Which personal law applies in your case?
Are all involved Hindu?
The deceased father married during subsistence of 1st marriage?
Which house you have referred to?

Who is title holder of the said house; deceased father?
Is this house self earned/acquired, ancestral in the hands of deceased father?

Confirm!

You may obtain mutation records of the said house along with link docs and this can determine who is title holder and the said house is self acquired/ancestral!

You may record the threats and keep refutable witnesses.

Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the case related docs etc etc for a considered opinion to handle any situation…properly.

Check for such counsels at LOCAL Civil Courts, HC,SC

Dear #Kumar doab sir
I belongs to Hindu community.
My father's second marriage was after death of my 1st mother. (legal marriage/legal in the eye of law)
That property for which I filled quarie is self acquired property by my father.
He takes loan on that property (self acquired by my father). After his death I have paid certain amount of loan.
But my step mother wants to sale that property. Without my knowledge.
My question - Is only I'm the owner of that property or not?
