hi,
i am lalarukh kazmi,35 yrs old divorced with a 7 yrs old daughter,my father has passed away in 2001 and has not made any legal will as this is his mothers property given to him by her will, we are two sisters and no brothers with my mother surviving on rents with the properties left behind by my father.she has already sold some of the properties and hasn't given any shares to us,now she is about to sell one of the properties and on asking my share she says she will not give as she has already got me married and its on her will to give or not and i can't claim even legally as i am already married n divorced.

Hence,i would like to know the ruling of division of wealth and properties according to indian law for muslims. Please help me as i have no support in this regards? and i don't have any source of income too.

You can file suit for partition against your mother and also can restrain her from selling the properties.
