father have four brother and my father is elder from all of them.In current he is no more. In my joint family property can I coice any part of property which is divided in four equal parts because of my father is elder from them.Its a agriculture land 1 Kila. I want to choose out of four parts 2nd or 3rd ,any one from them. Please tell me I have choice yes or no

Seek partition through civil court, preferably by meets and bounds and get a decree of the same with the help of a local lawyer.

You can choose any part you want.. but your uncles have a right to oppose or take objection.. if you are not satisfied with the portion given to you.. you can file a partition suit and get the relief of desired portion from the court.

NO: Neither you because your father was eldest brother nor uncle(s) because he is no more.
Amicable settlement/partition (by boundaries) is the best option. Register the partition deed.

Moreover you alone may not be the sole legal heir of your father.
