I have sent a divorce notice to husband on behalf of wife now wife wants divorce as well as compensation , maintenance and also want to file a case under section 498 (A) please let me know How can I proceed for her can I file a divorce petition and also Domestic violence at the same time.

you can file all the cases against the husband which create pressure on the husband to get the divorce by mutual consent.
