I got married in Feb 2013 and I have one child of 2 yrs. And wife is not with me from last 2 yrs due to some dispute and she was silent until a Child, now i have daughter now so I want divorce. What should i do in this case. wife is out of my home/with me from last 2 yrs.

Try to cajole your wife and win her back at lest for the a\sake of child. Out of anger one often asks for divorce.
If she is adamant of divorce then only go for mutual divorce.

Try to have amicable settlement with the help of elders, family friends and save marriage. Contested divorce may take 3-5 years or more and may ruin peace of mind.

If not possible, try for Mutual Consent Divorce.
