Hi,

My divorce petition is declined by Family law session court. It almost took 2.5 years in session court.

1. How long will it take for High court to give judgement if I apply now.

2. How long a divorce case will take in Supreme court.

3. After how many years of dessertion can I re-marry. ( I heard if we are living separately for 7 years.. then either of us can re-marry ) Please confirm.

it depends from Court to Court. You have to file appeal within stipulated time and now whenever you choose.

You cannot remarry unless you get a decree of divorce or during the life time of your spouse.

persue the case than only u can get relif instently.
however it is right that it depends court to court .

I agree with Experts. you have to be vigilant in pursuing your appeal, otherwise it may take lot of time to decide.

Yes and there is no automatic divorce how lon gso eer the separation may be. Unless divorce is granted by any competent court of law no one can marry legally.
