CAN A LADY OR HUSBAND FILE FOR DIVORCE WITHOUT HELP OF ANY LAWYER....???? PLS. TELL ME.
AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR THIS??

RELATED TO POOR FAMILY THEY CAN'T PAY FEE TO LAWYER...AND THEY DON'T COME IN ANY RESERVE CATEGORY OF CAST.

AND can take Free Legal Aid help, available for poor and needy persons at all court of law.
No court fees for Lady.
sec 29 hma do not apply, so move court.
Legal help will complete petitions & procedures, FREE OF CHARGE.
NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.

In the Family Court, rather court does not allow the advocates to appear on their clients.
Visit the nearest family Court officials who would guide you to draft , file and hearing of the case.
