i have taken divorce on stamp paper rs.100/- duly notorised.My ex wife hd taken divorce on stamp paper before marrying me.Is this valid

not valid . divorce has to be granted by court not before a notary on stamp paper

what about her previous marriage? even she is still married to the previous husband ? as she has signed on stamp paper and not taken divorce thru family court.

if she has married other than present husband with out court order, she will binding bigamy . its offence.

No value for that notorized paper. You still become parner of her. Either you or she marry any one that second marriage is void. So better to solve thhe problem by divece from the family court on the basis of mutual consent

Will i also be punished.

Mr Shah is not SC ST., correct?

The moment you apply divorce , you r admitting marriage, and that she is ur wife.
