Sir,
my wife filed various cases against me in other state where she lives from last 10 years. she neither wants to live with me nor wants to divorce. Now i am very tired to fight these legal battle.
I want to file divorce case in my city, but it will also take several years if fight. therefore pl. guide me how to manage expartee divorce.

talk to her and convince her for mcd and get rid from each other .

If she does not agree for divorce it would take years.
Even after divorce some of the cases of criminal nature may or may not be closed immediately.
You may file case of divorce in your city. If she wish she can also get it transferred in her city.

for filing divorce petition in your city., any one the following thing should be happened in your city.
1. marriage solemnized at your city? or
2. whether both of you last residing place is your's city?
otherwise you can not file your petition in your city.
