I got married in Dec.2014. I want to file for divorce. I am earning one lakh per month. How much amount I have to pay for my spouse per month. (Spouse was working previously but not now). Pl. help me.

So your short story is Over.Better waite for another 5 months and then decide.After Marriage One year should be Over for any Legal Steps.

Petition for divorce u/s 13 of HMA can be filed after completion of one year of marriage and not before.
