i got married on feb13 2014 and it was an complete arranged marriage.I have a 1yr old boy baby.all the informations about my was an lie ,his education,job,salary,family background etc more than all these he and his family members giving me and my family lot of mental torcher and they abusing me very badly .my life is like an hell right now..can anyone pls help me out with this problem.what kind of legal action can I take against him

Mam,
You can file a divorce on the ground of cruelty and at the same time try to collect the evidence against that person .

thank u sir ,in this how much maintenance could i expect from my husband since am not working and having a son too,i cant go for financial support from my family.my husband and his family furnished fake details about him duringand marriage and also they demanded more dowry and they got but still they are not satisfied and expecting more.he didnt even register our marriage and he has got all my certificate and threatening me saying that he will burn it all.he says that if i take any legal action against him he will write a note on my name and my family and will committ suicide., i really dont know what to do in such case,how much maintenance can i expect from him for my child and for me

What were UR parents and other elders doing when U were facing problems in UR marital home?
Though he may have suppressed his material facts at the time of wedding,did U counter his false details.
Keeping in mind the future of the 1yr old son can an effort be made for reconciliation.
Maintenance,divorce etc will be taken care by law as per the eligibility and evidences.
Right now I am not suggesting legal remedies.

my husband left me at my parent house saying tat house belongs to his father and he dont own property or even money so you cant stay there we have to go for a rental house or else ask for a own house from your parents,he never take the responsibility even for my sons need.i adjusted these two years alot with him thinking of my sons future but he crosses his limit.its been 5months he left me in my parent home and not even once he came to see my child.he s not showing any affection towards my son.i dont know whats in his mind .i dont want to go to police station and all since my parents wont accept such things,my parents considering divorce as a sin and compelling me to live with him but i cant adjust with him anymore.during marriage they said he s earning around 30k but his real salary is 8k only.how should i approach my case legally i just need an guidance before proceeding anything legally.

Well,
If U feel that he will not change himself and reunite,then my final suggestion would be to get separated legally.I don't think he will agree for MCD.Hence better consult a good and a competent lawyer in UR place and proceed.
