Without sufficient proved ground your husband won't get divorce, he being the petitioner has to prove the ground for divorce in the Family Court. If you have done nothing to break the matrimonial home, his petition not proved with sufficient evidence on record will get dismissed.
As far your going back to matrimonial home is concerned that you have right to go and stay there, no one can stop you and if your husband try to stop, you can seek help from local police and if need be get order from the court under the DV Act for right to residence exists for every married women in India against the husband.
The protection order can even be obtained under the DV Act, if you feel insecure from your husband acts.
