She is demanding a settelment amount of 10 lakh for permanent alimony for her and my daughter aged 10 years by mutual concern divorce although 10 court cases are pending including divorce.AFTER MUTUAL CONCERN BY COURT AND PAYMENT OF SETELMENT AMOUNT CAN SHE AGAIN REVISE THE ALIMONY OR SETELMENT AMOUNT IN FUTURE BY APPROCHING COURT AGAIN

Mutual divorce application if moved in Sureme court and setelment amount as demaded by her i.e Ten lakh by draft is paid dividing in two .A fixed deposit of 6 lakhs to child and 4 lakhs to her.Than in future she can again move application for enhancement of alimony although she has demanded full and final amount by herself only

ordinarily if amount has been accepted in full and final settlement she cannot clam but if there is change in circumstances as money needed for further education of child she can claim
