Hello Sir,
I and my wife got married 3 years back and now we have a six month old child.
We want to divorce mutualy.
I want to know how much it is going to cost us in total to take divorce. I mean going to cort and hiring a lawyer and filling a joint petition.
Please let me know the total amount (approx) so that i can save that much money as i am from a middle class family and lives my life on salery.

Cost depends on fees of particular advocate only which has varying range.
So consult more than one advocate to have an idea of range of fees.

With in very short period what is necessity to go for this extreme stage, Try to patch up by way of talk and adjustment, Think twice and go for this decision At least for child you try to solve the problem and live together

None of we experts even shall tel the fee they do charge in such cases so the question of teling the fee of the lawyer to whom you are going to meet, do not arise.

Contact a lawyer personally in your area it will be better for you to know the cost if possible then engaged him otherwise search another.
