dear sir
law is more and more support to females.
in one law book 125 cr pc is a more than 100 pages all are favouring to wifes.
in my case i met concerned SI and told all details, he talked twice with my wife by mobile phone(she told that she is not interested to come to police station to discuss or to finalise or to talk family matters)and SI simply told , she is not intersted to come to police so i dont and not able to help you.
so now my petition is filed in court sir.
if my wife files a false case like "he married me after 5 days he left me and now came and trying for divorce "
like this case how many days jail to me sir?

your query is not clear,have you remarried before grant of divorce????

No jail, no criminal case on this ground. Filing of 125 Cr. PC is not a crime rather it is a right of wife. your wife has rightly not come to police station to discuss her family matter as police station is not a proper place for discussions and police has no power to call her for this issue you referred.

You are severely confused with the likely consequences.

If you have proof of your innocence then what is your worry.
The law in favour of the women are not blind and if you could successfully defend your case there is no law which would penalise or punish you blindly.
So remove such misunderstanding first.

Is it a case of Bigamy or she is just levelling these allegations in CrPC 125 to get favor of the court.
