Divorce decree

my frnd hs got notarised divorce with both side willingness b4 2.5 yrs.now he wants 2 marry us citizen grl.so he wants court decree.he tried mutually but grl demanded money but tht amount was out of limit.so after so many afforts,he filed petition 1 sided.3 summons were sent 2 grl but her mom sent back bellif with saying reason tht she is on tour 2 shimla.now he is planning 2 publish notice in leading newspapers locally n shimla as well.after tht if she doesnt remain present,can judge give divorce decree?after getting it,is there ne prob from grl side?when my frnd can marry again?

Noterized Divorce is not a Divorce according to law, summens is served why need publication, but if you are ready to publcation then ok, the court have power to passed an ex-party order against opposit party. no need to worry

Whether the court would grant divorce or not, that would depend upon his discretion and on the merit of your case.
One thing for sure which can be said here that if after the paper publication the respondent does not appear the court can proceed ex parte without waiting any longer.

thank u gentlemen 4 giving me ur valueable time n advise.i ll call u nadeemji 4 sure.but the other part of my query is still open.can grl appeal against decree? within ahich limit? when my frnd can get marry again? when she demanded money earlier then y she didnt remain present in court,if she really want money? pls reply sir
