Divorce impact on nps retirement corpus

In the event of divorce, will my spouse be entitled to a portion of my NPS retirement corpus? I haven't named her as the nominee.

Incomplete information.
However, what are the Court directions or mutual settlement terms? Probably nothing to share NPS Corpus, then enjoy yurself.

If the divorce orders are silent in the matter, it can not be shared.

I dont think that without any direction from any court of law such an arrangement be made compulsorily, check it up with the court order.

In case of Divorce DIVORCEE IS ENTITLED TO MAINTENANCE ONLY IF SHE HAS NO INCOME OR INSUFFICIENT INCOME but she has no lawful right and claim over the retirement benefits of the husband and Provident fund money.
