DIVORCE LAW FOR MAN

ONE OF MY FRIEND WANTS DIVORCE FROM HIS WIFE. ON GROUND OFMENTAL HARESSMENT AND COMPATIBLITY AND UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP.
HE IS MARRIED SINCE 7 YEARS NOW, WITH NO KIDS.HIS WIFE IS WORKING WOMEN AND WORKING IN LATE EVENING SHIFT.
HOW HE SHOULD PROCEED FURTHER AS WIFE IS NOT READY FOR DIVORCE ON MUTUL UNDERSTANDING BASE.
SHE IS DEMANDING BIG SOME MONEY.
HE IS WORKING IN HIS FATHER’S FACTORY AND NO PROPERTY AND BUSINESS IS ON HIS NAME.
AS HIS WIFE IS NOT GOOD WITH HIS PARENTS AND KEEP SAYING ONCE THEY WILL GROW OLD I WILL SHOW THEM.

WHAT HE SHOULD DO PLEASE ADVICE?

First you file for restitution of conjugal rights.If she is not willing to come and join with you ,then can file divorce petition.

show some salary from the father's firm as an employee. It would help in paying less amount . File divorce but compatability and unhealthy relationship may not be the exact criteria for the Court. The gravity of mental harassment would also be observed.

Thanks for advice.
she is not ready to give divorce and she do send some sms saying that i will show your parents when thy will grow old.
also they ever try for kid if it can help make thr relation better.
she use all the money for her parents and on her shopping with out letting any one know.
as her father is bankrupt and depended on her money.
i need guideline how he should proceed for divorce.
as normally all the law always favour women and its not always right.
