pls verify date of your marriage.
if both of you are ready then file for divorce by mutual consent. before that decide who will have the custody of the son and maintenance, etc.
approach a lawyer and file a case in family court. you will have to wait for a cooling period of 6 months.

if she is not doing any job, you must pay. you have to pay for her maintenance as well as your son's maintenance... which would be basically based on lifestyle, cost of living, health visits, etc. in future, it would again be increased on the basis of your son's education, etc. (incase it is not a one time alimony, but is a monthly maintenance).
