Divorce under cruelty

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

In ability to prove that i have contributed money,labour and time to the welfare of the family to the best of my ability.Now i am in a position of some paper which will prove my contribution.Can be the case reopen after the judgement has passed or whether i should go for an appeal?.Whether court will accept the fresh evidence when iam going for an appeal?.

you ought to have produced evidence in support of your case . after judgment has been passed court wont consider these now

New evidences would be accepted in appeal is doubtful. You should have submitted these during proceeding.

If you can establish that it was not traceable at the time of trial, you may be allowed to lead additional evidence in appeal.
