a triple talaaq sent by post to the wife , is it legally valid even if it is not recieved by her? or is it valid as per sharia? muslim lawyers please reply

Do u think that only Muslim lawyers are competent to answer queries on Muslim Law?
No valid for sure under Sharia or under any Law.
Secondly, the reason for talaq has also to be established.
Thirdly, must be attested and signed by the Qazi as well.

sorry for that.. since muslim as per sharia law is yet to be codified properly it is expected that muslim lawyers may have some more knowlege about sharia.no offence meant.
the talak nama will ofcourse carry a list of reasons..will get attested by kazi as well.. will it be ok and valid then?

a triple talaaq sent by post to the wife , with reasons enlisted and with the knowledge of the kazi is it legally valid even if it is not recieved by her? or is it valid as per sharia?it appeaars that the wife is not in the country at all , made a planned exit.please clarify what can be done under the situation? we are sunni muslims with a decent backround.. and worried about going to court. please advice my esteemed experts for which i will be very grateful.
