Divorce with mutual consent

I would like to know if we file for a divorce with mutual consent will it be possible to get divorce in a months time. We are married for 10years but for past more than one year we are separated and don't have any children.

Only supreme court has power in such matter otherwise, 6 months period is mandatory.

not possible . Supreme Court has power to waive off waiting period . file for divorce by mutual consent.6 months will pass soon
