Can divorce is applicable before one year of marriage. If we file case , then what cause we can show in court.boy is unemployed and unable to afford the girls living cost. Girl and boys are Sikh.

Better help the boy to settle and be employed every one have good and bad time . This will be better option Instead of cutting hand for wound occurred on hand .

Anyhow grounds mentioned above are of no use , Divorce are not granted on such grounds and don't put fake cases this is personal advice.

The Person who had not up dated their own identity in their profile as well as in appearance should honestly think before insulting any one as anonymous.whether the anonymous could insult others as anonymous

Divorce or any matrimonial related case could be filed only after one year of Marriage Completion.

The grounds stated by you would help the boy out of maintenance. and it is good in a way of humanity.Better go for Mutual Consent Divorce after completion of one year which could be completed in 6 month time after filing.
