I got summon send by my sister's Husband to dissolve the marriage of my sister also false accuse like theft of money, jewelery and others, what can i do
in the notice no court fees or stamp paper
what can i do ?
plz suggest

go to local family court lawyer ! & no court fees or stamp paper need for summoning notice shows

What sort of suit was that? f it is the matrimonial sut then apply for deleting your name from the suit as nobody except the spouses are supposed to be the parties in such suit.
