Divorse case in court.whose name(father/husband) should use for legal documents

Hi Sir,
I am a doctor,who recently completed MBBS.I was married two years ago.Divorce case is pending in court and about to be closed as we have decided to separate.
I am to register myself in rajasthan medical council,Jaipur to get registration number.I don't want to use his name in my legal documnets.
1)Can I use my father's name?
2)If I use husband's name could I change it after divorce?

It is better to use father's name to avoid complication ahead, if you are confirm that divorce case is going to be disposed.
