If self acquired property by the Grand father, he has all rights to dispose it at his will.

If he dispose it at his will, Will grandson has any right to proceed legally after his death.

rightly advised that if the property is selF acquired by your G.F, he has all the rights to dispose off the property as he desires.
but if the property is ancestral(4 generations),then any legal heir(including female heirs) can claim partition of property at any time and claim their share after which it again becomes their self acquired property .
