Do i have right to get property from my father

Hi I am Abhishek, i have a query ,My grandfather is alive and his first wife is passed away and after he married to another , Now first wife have 3 sons , and second wife 3 daughters., So please let me know how can i get property from him , He is not ready to show or to share the will, he is hiding him self and not even sharing anything,

So will my dad gets any property from my Grand father , if so please let me know how to proceed with this.

if it is your grandfather self acquired property he can dispose the said property as he pleases

If self acquired property by the Grand father, he has all rights to dispose it at his will.

If he dispose it at his will, Will grandson has any right to proceed legally after his death.

rightly advised that if the property is selF acquired by your G.F, he has all the rights to dispose off the property as he desires.
but if the property is ancestral(4 generations),then any legal heir(including female heirs) can claim partition of property at any time and claim their share after which it again becomes their self acquired property .
