Dear Abhishek

No architect certificate is required to be enclosed for the value of the property. The value can be arrived by applying the rates prescribed by the registration department that provides the same for the value of the land and the value of the construction.

Amount of CF depends on the nature of injunction that you want to have. If the injunction is to protect your property from encroachment or to protect your right to light and air or to some other right which is not capable of monetary evaluation, you need not value the suit on the basis of market price of the property.

Valaution by architect not required - basic value of SRO also not required for injunction suits valuation & for payment of Court fee in Injunction Suit .

The suit value is notional value for injunction suits- it is not value of the proerty ! contact your local advocate !
