DOB change

Hi there, i have 3nov1994 DOB in birth certificate and after this all of my documents are filled as 31july1994 . As i can't change in every documents so please give me a accurate advice how may i change my DOB in birth certificate because i am not able to apply for my passport without it. The most important thing the advice should be applied for every city .

You have lost 4 years after attaining the majority so legally it cannot be got corrected now as doctrine of estoppel comes in the way.

You were lawfully entitled to get it corrected through civil court within 3 years of attaining the majority if your parents had entered your wrong date of birth in the school record which got reflected in your further educational certificates.

Further the DOB has been preponed to July.

Such like fraud is often done by parents to ensure that child becomes eligible for matriculation earlier.

You give a proof to education board regarding correct DOB and they will be entitled to cancel matriculation certificate (if you are underage on the crucial date with correct DOB) and consequent degrees/diplomas may also be at peril.

If you are in a mood to make round to DEO and SSC Board you can get your SSC date of Birth Corrected by showing original DOB certificate and if necessary a notarized Affidavit stating your original/actual date of Birth. Once that is corrected you go to your Intermediate Board and get your DOB changed by showing SSC board certificate reflecting the correct DOB,. Similarly with Degree Certificate. May be all this may get completed within 3 o 4 months.
