3. The photo/address identity proof of the beneficiary.

4. The presence of the witnesses who've singed such will.

Agree with Mr. Rohit Sharma , in addition to his points i want to add 1. Affidavit of beneficiaries 2 . Affidavit of the attesting witnesses .
