1. What documents are required to be filed when a plaint concerning suit for declaration pending before a civil judge is to be amended?

2.Of what amount court stamps are required to be affixed on the application?

Certain facts were earlier not mentioned in the plaint considering not being important but now it is felt that they should be included by amending the plaint, hence the query.

you will have to make application for amendment of plaint together with affidavit in support . mention the amendments you wan to be incorporated in the plaint . court fees are nominal

If the intended facts are incorporated in any document, let it be appended along-with supporting affidavit of the application and generally a stamp fee of Rs. 10/- is required, however, it is different from State to State.
