Everything , including DVD containing working drawing , municipal drawings etc. Now a days all can be converted into PDF. Take it you will require in future

Legal documents what exactly you have done I can not say better take all back Any how after completion it will be garbage for him

Appoint one adv to check whether all is in order now only tomorrow all parties may not be available

Since huge investment is at stake, get all the documents checked through your lawyer.

This is certainly the right way.

Take help of local counsel specializing in such matters and well versed with local laws/rules.
