sir,as i have mentioned my query in sub.area.that while in police custody accused can give his exam.

Dear Mr Udgir,

Is the accused in police custody for some other case or for the same case? If he is custody for some other case, then the court will permit the police to bring the accused for examination.If he is in custody for the same case then the court will ask the police to present the accused for examination.
