Does deed of appountment of a trustee to be registered

wish to know under what sections of trust act 1882 and 1925 or any other trust act , the deed of appointment of a trustee need s to be registered and what is proceedure to be adopted in case of appointment after death of a serving trustee in a public charitable trust

Trust deed is not a compulsorily registerable document. See the terms and conditions narrated in the Trust deed. If the clauses of the Trust deed permits, you can follow.

A new trustee can be appointed by the board of trustees by passing a resolution in their meeting and copy of resolution is to be sent to Desthan vibhag where trust is registered.
