Does traffic challan for driving w/o helmet will effect police verification

dear sir
recently I have been selected to a govt. job of PSB(public sector bank) ... i want to know that whether traffic challan for driving without helmet under MVA 129/177 will effect my police verification... does i will be cleared by police for the job...

s. raut sir fine was done by a police officer.. it was spot challan .. i paid rs. 200 fine amount.. then they allow me to go with a reciept...
