Dear all,

Please help me, I m working as manager hr i private hospital in delhi since 11 yrs and job involve employee engagement activities. In feb I stayed in my hospital guest house as next day was a big activity and it was already 10pm. But I dnt inform my HOD. Next day a contraceptive was found after my check out. In this matter I was chargesheeted and suspended, a domesticeenquiry was also concluded, wherein enquiry officer had not proved any charge of contraceptive finding but he proved that I stay without HOD permission. I has submitted my comments on enquiry report also. But the management still not giving any judement in this connection. What should I do now?

While there are no set guidelines to regulate domestic inquiry in private organisations, you have not mentioned on what exact issue you want help of experts.

You have also ignored to provide even the minimum basic required information on the following points:

1) You have not stated whether the charge sheet was regarding the contraception of stay in guest house without permission.

2) Period of intervals also matters much, whereas you have not given dates of events, i.e., the date of charge sheet, date os issue of inquiry report, date of receipt of copy of inquiry report by you, date of submission of your representation against the inquiry report.
