my wife has file a false DV case against me and using the same content as 498a. What case can i file against her to stop against domestic case?

preaper your defense. it is not necessery to file another folse case because if you file a case agaist your wife it may be considerd by the court that you filed the case to pressureise your wife so that she compromise with you. If you file any case now agaist your wife it may back fire.

if she is earning and filling it return of 125000 per year. Both case she pledged to court that she is living immortal life.she is invovled in her father business and now lied that because of our torture she is filling IT for her living but for last 5 yrs she is filling. she lied that we have ask 5 lacs for dowry.asking protection order.residence order.10000pm and asking 17000pm in crpc 125.she taken back her ornament and claiming back her ornaments. I have given back her ornaments.Pls advice
