my husband not paid emi of bank home loan. I file case of maintainance against him but it will take time . Can i send letter to his company. No body in company help me as my husband is manager no body give me correct in formation

send a legal notice drafted by a competent lawyer to the company and your husband about there lack of good faith in your case and include the notice and reply if any as documents in evidence in your pending suit for maintainance.also make your husbands company as part of the list of witnesses you wish to summon
