Hello...is any procedure that my DV hiering date come dialy.i came 2 know that by taking permission from high court we can do so...pls tell abt this in detail...wat its benefits...nd hw long its take..
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 03 June 2014
On the direction of high court the case in the trail court does get expedited but that does not mean daily hearing.

DV case in general circumstances takes more than 2-4 years to end.

Do you have anything special in your case?
There are end number of litigants waiting for their turn to be heard by the Court. No such procedure is there that your case may be taken up on day-to-day hearing.
Consult your lawyer who is well aware about the facts of your case and legal proposition.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 04 June 2014
The direction from High Court need to be taken for early hearing. Without any special circumstances, such permission would hardly be given.

1. On application filed, High Courts give direction for arly hearing or to expedite the matter,

2. I have never heard that any High Court has given direction for every day hearing.

Understand that once entangled in such cases, it will take its own time. No fast track rather only slow track!
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 06 June 2014
Through an order of high court you can get the case tried expeditiously but not on day to day basis.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 06 June 2014
There is no such possibility keeping in view the heavy load of work over the courts.
